zDiskuss - Art site with a kickass layout, customizable profiles, chill community, lovely modmin team, functioning blacklist feature, iconic alien mascot, and a lax content policy. One of the only "indie web" community websites I've enountered that truly encapsulates the feeling of the old web. Must be 16 years of age or older to register. (At the time of writing, requires an account to view. Remember to read the rules before registering your account!)
Tezuka in English - The premiere source for everything, well, Osamu Tezuka in English! Has a bunch of informational articles and essays, including a comprehensive list of all of Tezuka's manga/anime/etc., biographies, info on translations in multiple languages, character bios, and more! A must-visit for any Tezuka fan; no matter how well-versed you are in his creations, you're bound to learn something new here.
VCL Art (Web Archive) - Old furry art website. Has a ton of cool late-90s - early 2000s pics. Heed the warning on the frontpage! Definitely not recommended for underaged visitors.
Japanese Bookmarks - A collection of great resources for Japanese learners of any level.

nnty.fun's Downloads Directory - Archive containing a metric boatload of neat stuff. Music, books, games, tech, Osamu Sato, and more!
Seamless Textures - Massive collection of textures of all sorts. Free-to-use and licensed under Creative Commons.
Minyo Minyo Power - Fansite for the Japanese new wave act Kidorikko, which just happens to be my #1 favourite band of all time. Contains information on the band and its members, pictures, and lyrics.
lolwut.info - Bunch of neat 2000s imageboard-adjacent links, articles, downloads, and more. Be warned, contains loads of offensive content! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for those who can't handle outdated, politically incorrect, tasteless, questionable content, or those under the age of 16.
Near-Death Experience Research Foundation - Interesting stories recounted by those who have experienced near-death, pre-birth memories, drug trips, and more. Also contains resources and info on NDEs and altered states of consciousness.
YAYA Fundamentals - Learn all about how to make an Ukagaka! Goes pretty in-depth into the YAYA/AYAYA coding language(s).
OS/2 Site - Large collection of software and other assorted goodies for OS/2 and OS/2 Warp.
